Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives—but they can also be where we experience the deepest hurt, conflict, and disconnection. I believe relationships can grow and repair when people feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you are hoping to reconnect with your partner, improve family dynamics, or process experiences that have impacted your relationships, therapy can be a place where meaningful change begins.
I am an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, supervised by Shelley Zavodny Abeles, who works with couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. My work focuses on helping partners and families move out of painful cycles of conflict and toward greater understanding, emotional safety, and connection.
My approach is grounded in a systemic perspective and is also trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I help couples, families, and individuals identify the patterns that keep them feeling stuck by not only exploring individual experiences but also the relational patterns, family dynamics, cultural influences, and environmental stressors that shape relationships. This helps to develop healthier communication skills and learn how to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity. Together, we look at how these patterns developed and identify new ways of communicating. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and relational trauma, and I work thoughtfully to ensure therapy remains a safe and empowering environment for healing.
You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I would be honored to support you and your loved ones as you work toward deeper understanding, healing, and connection.
