Hello and welcome! Making the decision to attend counseling or seek services is a very personal one. My goal is providing a safe space for freely expressing thoughts, talking about feelings, working through issues and allowing the client(s) to guide the work they want to do. Life is so many things: beautiful, unpredictable, heartbreaking, breathtaking and so much more. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.

My experience includes working with individuals, couples and families who are seeking to work through relational and familial issues, including improving communication, balancing a relationship with the demands of work, school, family, etc. and those who want assistance coping with changes (such as divorce, school, work, moving) and making adjustments within their household.

Additionally, I am passionate about working with those in public service to address the unique challenges they face on a daily basis. I have vast experience and knowledge in managing the stress, anxiety and trauma this line of work can bring about, not only to the individual but also the family unit.

A little bit about myself: I graduated from Sam Houston State University in December 2015 with my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. Along with seeing clients in a clinical setting, I have worked with incarcerated juveniles in a detention facility and have worked extensively at an inpatient behavioral health hospital.

Please feel free to reach out so we can have a brief conversation (free of charge) and determine if I would be a good fit for your counseling needs. In these challenging times, so many individuals, couples and families could benefit from a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss their worries, fears, and stressors and learn how to move forward.
